The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
Each monthly Giveaway Period begins on the 2nd day of the month at 12:00:01 AM Central Time and ends on the last day of the same month at 11:59:59 PM Central Time. A new Giveaway is run automatically each month. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device.
During the Giveaway Period, visit https://theailabs.us/giveaway and submit the entry form with your full name and a valid email address. Limit one (1) base entry per person per Giveaway Period.
Bonus entries (optional). Following Sponsor on any of the listed social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest) will grant one (1) additional entry per platform. Bonus entries are optional and do not affect base eligibility. You represent that any social-platform handles you provide are accurate.
One (1) $25 Amazon Gift Card with an approximate retail value of US $25. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor will fulfill the prize by sending an Amazon.com digital gift card to the winner's confirmed email address within seven (7) business days of confirmation.
One (1) potential winner will be selected on or about the 1st day of each month from all eligible entries received during the prior Giveaway Period, via random drawing. The potential winner will be notified by email and must respond within five (5) business days to claim the prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is otherwise ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternate winner.
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's privacy practices. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Marketing communications are sent only to entrants who explicitly opt in; you may unsubscribe at any time.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law.
